Sometimes, I look into my girlfriend's eyes and I fall in love with her again because I remember why I fell for her to begin with. It's a beautiful feeling.

My partner and I were traveling in Hawaii a few years ago, and she surprised me by proposing to me.
I saved the email that I sent to a friend from the hotel room afterward.... here is a piece of it:
"Tomorrow, when we get to maui, we are getting married! I know, I said I didn't see it happening, but she proposed to ME! We went to Maui Divers jewelry factory back in Honolulu, and she and I both tried on a lot of stuff. One of the things was a wedding ring set that I just loved. She bought it without me knowing, and proposed to me on the beach here in Kauai! I cried and laughed, and told her, yes, of course! and thats when she told me, good, the arrangements are already made on Maui. We had a good laugh, and walked down the beach, holding hands."
Yup, she made all the arrangements for the ceremony, assuming I would say yes.
When we got to Maui the next day, our hotel room was right on the beach... we could hear the waves pounding even with the door closed.
At sunset, it was just the two of us, the officiate, and a worker from the hotel to serve as a witness, standing on the beach, taking vows. It was the most perfect moment, and one I will cherish for the rest of our lives.
To everyone reading this, I hope you have had or will have a moment like this in your lives. I hope everyone has the chance to be as happy as I am.

I've had a pretty good life so far, but I think the day I realized what real true love was, and how it made me feel, and to know that they felt the same way about me. There is nothing better the the euphoria of true love. Two souls knowing they need to be together, feeling like you joined up with your partner from a previous life!

growing up and realizing how special i am to my grandmother. she makes me feel whole. just seeing her and hugging her makes my life better. Sometimes she sends me little gift boxes in the mail with I Love you notes. I keep everything. but just realizing how much she loves me is the most beautiful most precious gift i have and could ever hope for

Having my beautiful baby boy. He was 1 month early. But looking into his eyes the first minute he was born, I knew that I would never love anything more than I did at that moment. Having him was the best thing.. And his Daddy is 2nd best!
