Bush's administration had no more information on the impending attacks than the Clinton administration had. It was Clinton who investigated reports that terrorists were training at flight schools and they interviewed two of the hijackers and released them.

Clinton also failed to take advantage of the opportunities to kill or capture OBL on many occassions. The CIA knew the danger he posed, Clinton didn't care.

Struck a nerve with the Republican imperialistic nutjobs? Bush is a imbecile puppet for his father's N.W.O. There is abslolutely no possible way that the intelligence gathering capabilities of your countries agencies failed to uncover this plot when it was being staged. Either the Bush administration knew it was coming and allowed it to happen so as to pave the way for the move into Iraq. Or, what I'm becoming more inclined to think. they planned it themselves. The death of all those people is only a figure on a piece of paper to these warmongers. After all it was American governments that gave us the concept of MAD 'Mutually Assured Destruction' and the calculation of high casualty numbers in mega-deaths. 2700 odd casualties would be regarded as acceptable loss when you have a green light to launch a pre-emptive strike against a nation that had absolutely nothing to do with it. And all supposedly in gods name? Invoking god's name when you are about to kill people, that sounds familiar to me. Bush has a lot of blood on his hands... Question your government, they should not be allowed to act with complete impunity. Is it 'for the people, by the people'.

NO. Was President Bush supposed to be clairvoyant? This was a terrorist sneak attack. If the FBI and CIA didn't know about it beforehand, how could Bush? They are supposed to advise him. Bill Clinton is the one who let America down by taking no action whatever about the known danger of Osama bin Laden. Read "Hazardouis Duty" by David Hackworth for the facts on Clinton's "Don't bother me, I'm playing golf" attitude. President Bush is the one who has since re-organized the FBI and CIA to improve their cooperation and effectiveness.

seeing ppl in state of terror and freaking out is not something that wee should laugh at nor underestimate . I lost friends in this disaster so did i lose friends in Lebanon and Egypt during Israeli attacks way back in the 80s and the 70s .

i do no think that we should say , seeing those ppl in a state of utter fear is something enjoyable or go ahead and thank someone for allowing it to happen.

the world is confused with the USA policy and feeling down trodden .
The US government needs to reassess and reevaluate it's foreign policy otherwise the consequence will be dire .

Or, we can thank Clinton for not killing ObL when he had the chance in 1998. Or, we can blame al-Queda who actually did it!
