I think I am right in saying that in England, if you want to sell alcohol at any establishment, it is necessary to obtain an NVQ2 before a licence will be granted, but I will try and check that out for you.

you need a BII British Institue Innkeepers certificate that is if you live in Britain. if you don't can't help
