You should also keep your face clean of outside dirt and oils. Don't wear makeup from now until the wedding. Keep your hair pulled back out of your face and off your forehead. Keep your hands away from your face, don't rest your chin or forehead in your palm.

The day of the wedding, if your face is still blemished, just use a good concealer and foundation to cover it up. Don't get too worked up over it, people will be looking at her, not you. They aren't there to judge your face on way or another. They are there to help her celebrate her day.

3 days is not enough time to address the problem effectively. For now drink lots of water and don't put any makeup on for the next three days until you need it for the wedding. Cleanse your face morning and night with a gentle cleanser like Neutrogena's sensitive skin facial bar. And don't your face!!!

And DO NOT use face scrubs - that is the best way to aggravate the problem short term. Exfoiliating too much causes your pores to produce more oil and could result in worse acne.

Post wedding, begin using AcneFree face wash (wal-mart and Target have it) - it is the same as Proactiv, and continue to drink lots of water. I have found Vitamin E moisturizer from the Body Shop has been very effective at soothing my skin when I put it on before bed at night. It is very mild and encourages healing.

Hang in there - acne sucks!!

Steam your face up to four times a day if you can for the next three days. Steaming your face will completely get rid of the black heads. Boil some water in a small pot, toss in a bag of chamomile tea - bring the pot to the table, and sit with your face over the pot, throw a towel over your head. Try to steam your face for at least ten minutes. At the end of ten minutes, splash cold water on your face to close your pores.

Also, if you can get your hands on some Retin-A, just dabbing a little, little bit on the acne will dry it up in about two days.

Ok, here's what you do. Use one of those black head strip things to get rid of those. Once you've used them, wash the area(s) you've done with just water, pat dry, then leave well alone, (including no make-up until you need to on the final day). Then for your acne, squeeze the pusty ones with clean fingers, rinse with water, pat dry, then leave them alone, again, no make-up. Hope this helps.

Use toothpaste or Windex like in the Greek Wedding movie. They both work.

toothpaste really does work. Get a plain white kind and don't leave it on too long as it will burn the skin. If that doesn't take care of it, a good make up coverup stick should work.

go 2 the farmacist eat only healthy food and drink lots of water every day...nothing is going to solve in 3 days though...so make-up is the best for this kind of emergencies...good luck!!!

All I know to do is too wash daily with a hypo-allergenic soap and/or a face cleanser.

It's your sister who will be the one that everyone is looking at, don't worry about what you look like.......it's HER day, not yours!!!
