It has to be the Boston Red Sox fans first, they complain so much its stupid. Then I would say Oakland Raiders, Notre Dame, and Eagles.

Since this is the football area, I didn't come with knowledge on other sports, but I'll say Raiders fans are INSANE, but I don't know if they fit the def. of obnoxious. Steelers fans sure do though, and this SB victory just swelled their heads even more.
