ask less questions and answer more questions. the more sensible your answers the more likely you'll get best answers then you'll earn more points. also vote for best answers and you should be well on your way. good luck.

1- stop asking questions
2- if you've already asked a few questions, chose a best answer
3- answer more questions
4- try giving great answers in order for it to be chosen as the best one and then BAM! you've got yourself 10 points
5- you can also vote for your favorite answers in other peoples questions
6- oh yeah! and also, don't delete a question you've asked, nor an answer you've given
