No fake parts (except if they were honestly lost and replaced), no dyed hair, not a lot of makeup. These things show they think looks are most important. Then no constant nagging, help out or at least ask around the house. Personality, but not overdomineering, doesn't have to be the center of attention all the time. But since there is no such woman, I'll die alone.

Fun, compatibility and compassion. Everybody is different and they all look for different things in different people. A woman that one man finds unattractive is the next mans princess. If you are trying to be more like someone to try and get a guy to like you don't. Just remain yourself and you will find that a better guy will like you more. Patience is a virtue, don't try and be someone you are not, you get found out sooner or later. And never think "ooh, if I just do that, he'll like me", that is a load of rubbish. You will just be taken for a mug. Truth, men like women who are confident, determined and know their own mind as well as being sympathetic to their partners. Men who don't like these traits have dominance issues.

I always go for a lady who's physically attractive to me. Then, I try to strike a conversation with her. I guess that's where I really fall for someone. I never try to come on too strong because that only scares women away.
I don't really focus on one particular thing in a woman, but I've always been a sucker for nice legs...

Men like women who like themselves.
Slender, buxom, with long flowing hair doesn't hurt either.....

Appearance - nice womanly figure, sexy eyes / smile
Personality - kind, caring and funny with a young outlook on life.
Every girl is different so I do tend to judge each on their combined merits rather than a checklist of 'good bits' but in the main if a girl can make me laugh and isnt 'up herself' it is a very good start :)

Superficially it depends on personal taste - big boobs, blonde hair, whatever.
More importantly, it's much the same as it is for women - men want someone they feel they can relate to, who they enjoy their time with, and, importantly, who they feel accepts them for who they are.

For me - someone who loves me, wants to be with me, and loves me for who I am, not who she thinks she can turn me into.
Otherwise, you wind up married to a woman who wanted me to be her father, and now she won't even touch me (since May 15, 2004)
