I heard on the radio MY-space has been tampered with. True?

They said they can delete files, change settings and follows you on the net.

Has anyone heard this. If so had any problems?

This is completely untrue. but at the sametime they do have the right to do so if they want.

They just have the right to tamper with your stuff in their Terms and Conditions....
