Well you could try nail varnish remover but only on whites or u'll take the colour out of the fabric. If its a dark coloured peice of clothing try Vanish? Sorry hope this helps x

hairspray ...or... nail polish remover with a dab of seltzer. BUT experiment in a small area first to save the cloth!!
