Not recommended. Especially these days. Minor children cannot be wired money, and have no legal identity in the EU, just like in the States. I just traveled with my 16 year old daughter and we got our passports stolen and my husband couldn't wire her money even though she had her driver's license b/c she was under 18.
I just wouldn't risk it.

Hmmm, obviously it depends on the child, but my instincts say no
I know thats probably not what the 15 yr old wants to hear, as it sounds patronising and all sorts... but the world can be a bad place and people thrown out into the middle of it alone can end up in a very bad way. At 15 I just dont think people are world wise enough to see things coming and to escape bad situations.

It has been done. While in Europe, although I went there with a group, I did a lot of travelling around alone at the age of 14. That was nearly 30 years ago. Times have changed. I would advise a travelling companion familiar with the area in which you intend to travel.

I think it depends on the maturity of the 15 year old. Some probably could and some probably couldn't.

I did the authentic same ingredient final summer season while i replaced into 15. in basic terms be sure you have your tickets, wait on the terminal. it rather is not that complicated! i replaced into taken aback, you in basic terms pass with the gang and supply your fee ticket. no would desire to be frightened, you sense so sturdy as quickly because it rather is over!

I think you can travel un-escorted from the age of 12. Provided you have parental or adult consent.
