I don't think that compulsion from the part of govt like family planning will give any positive result.What is more important that people should made aware of the problems related to increasing population.I think media can do a better job.Through tele films,articles in the newspapers etc.....

Hum... that's a difficult one... family plan is a good answer, but it would take too long for people to understand that... wearing condoms would help too, but people are still careless about it... wel.. I think the best answer for that is population understanding and comprehesion. But that would be hard too... coz people understand what's global warming and don't do much to change it... oh my! I think I couldn't help you right?

condoms and education...!!! no point in giving out condoms (or other birth control stuff) if people dont know how to use it...!!! In Asia (atleast in India) it is a big problem.
Also, educate men that its "manly" to use a condom....!!!

People should be paid to not have children, and it should be voluntary. Coercion is NOT the answer.
