I'm considering buying a creative zen vision because it would be better for watching videos and I wouldn't have to convert so much.

It would depend on the refund policy of the store where you bought it. It's probably on your receipt or on their website.

Electronics typically have a return period. Depeding where you got it from it could be as little as 14 days or as much as a month + .

However, with return policies comes conditions. Such as: The product must be unopened (in original packaging), you must have the original reciept. If the product is opened and has been used but is defective they will return it, but just replace it with the same product.

I think you're out of luck unfortunately. Put it up on ebay and try to get some of your money back.
