We are planning to travel to New York City for New Year's 2007. We would like to view the ball drop but have a reserved place (ex. Hotel, Restaurant, Bar, Park) so we don't have to stand in Time Square all day.

Times Square is the center of it all... but you have to get there early to get a good spot (with no chance to go to the rest room).
