My sentiment will reflect that of a previous poster. Unfortunately the only one who can decide should be your friend. She will be the living with the decision and any of its results. There are some medical reasons to avoid implants but assuming she is not at any of those risks, bigger breasts shouldn't give her more complications through surgery than they would if she was naturally endowed. I would caution her that she is messing with her body and that although it may be "the rage", she may not be as fond of them in 10 years that she is now. Also, If you do something that you don't like in order to please a man I don't see how you can ever truly be happy. If shes not happy with herself today, I don't know that she will with larger boobs. A solution like that is more like an ice cream cone. Its new and yummy and makes you feel good, but later its gone and so is the euphoria. If she wants to feel better about herself I would make other suggestions to her, but if she feels this is necessary than there is really no reason why not. Cheers
