Capaign money, proper age to run for president. I think you need to be at least 35 to run for president. Educated helps alot. College degrees/master degree.

Money is the obvious answer, but charisma is even more important. If you have enough of that, you can GET the money.
A tireless work ethic wouldn't hurt either, as campaigns are grueling, yet you never see presidential candidates not smiling.
