Iran would crush Israel and Iraq giving them control of 1/2 the worlds oil supply .Iran would then go after Saudi Arabia..There would be starvation of millions in the 3rd world.
Plagues would spread like wildfire without the medicines we supply

It would hurt the US more than anybody else. I assure you the United States give military assistance only when it benefits America.
America is one of the lowest per capita donors of humanitarian aid in the Western world. Stopping this aid would have little financial effect on America's budget. So there's no point.

Great question. I suspect a lot of corrupt governments would collapse without their subsidy, either directly paid to the leaders or paid indirectly by their theft of more benevolent aid.
One theory is that food aid, for example, collapses local agricultural economies by providing free or below market cost food, leaving less of a market for local growers.

We could pay our bills but we would have no resources but what we have because as soon as we cut our aid those countries would cut the things they provide to us.
