I am 13 and I dont know what to wear to school on the first day. I also dont know what do do with my hair. Its about chin height, brown, and straight.

Ah, the "school look" question... here goes:
For your hair, it's the most simple, so I'll start with that! Brush/comb you're hair really nice and put a head band. Very cute. Especially for your age. Or, brush your hair a bit... diagonally to say in a matter of speaking and then but it up in a ponytail. Simple and cute. Or, last idea, you try little low pigtails, but maybe the hair's too short! ;)
Now, onto clothes... whatever your style is, I think the all around appropriate thing for 8th grade (or 7th) is using casual chic clothes. With a touch of femininity, but that depends on you. Maybe you're going for the more sporty look... anyway, depending on the weather, try to go with leggings/skinny pants/jeans for cold or knee-length skirts if it's warm. With either of those bottoms, try a long shirt, cute peasant blouse, thin sweater-- turtle or v-neck-- or tank top with a nice vest. For colors, I would suggest pastels for the top and darker for the bottom. For shoes, ballet flats or low heel sandals. Or just sports shoes.

If i were you i would leave my hair down and put like a little bit of mouse in it after blow drying it. but make sure when you blow dry it to flip you hair down so that you looking at the ground because straight hair tends to get really flat and that helps, and if you have a flatiron or straightener just straighten the pieces that flip out or that aren't straight. As for your clothing try a cute jean skirt or something that falls between you knee and you upper thigh (camo print is very trendy right now) and for shirts try two layered tops with a chunky necklace. If you don't like skirts try jeans shorts or jean carpi's.

you should wear a cute skirt with nice bright tee and leave your hair loose and if you have side clips which are either matching your skirt or your tee or are simple black in color thn wear them on one side. This will give you very cute look.

um shoes converse,vans, clothes t-shirt jeans , skirt shirt, is it hot or cold wear you are ? hair crimp it or do the messy bed head chic thing i'm 15 if i had more in fo then i could help you i dont think your from the u.s. becase school doesnt start until sept.30 for us i go to a private school it;s still better then my old bording school i have to wear uniforms lucky you dont have to

i have the sameish haircut!
you should keep it straight and put a headband on or pull it back half up half down with some cute barrettes.
just wear a pair of jeans and a cute tee.
