I have already lived through the scariest thing I can think of!! I was beaten so bad that the cops and paramedics told me I should have died on the scene but I was able to give a full account of what exactly happened!!!

To me the absolutely most terrifying event that will ever happen to me is living. It has endless possibilities both good and bad. Every waking moment one must make choices that have no clear or desirable result. Furthermore as a living being one must also come to the realization that it will at some point end. Many living beings live from one moment of fear to the next. They have to make choices against the proberability of death or injury for simply luxuries like being on time.
I must admit, this has happened to me. I am a living being. Within being a living being I have learned a few simple things. All living beings are capable of kind acts. All living beings desire a better living for themselves. Living has advantages such as love, kindness, joy, excitement and unexplainable wonders. I would willingly choose to live dispite the obvious consequence.

The scariest thing for me is to DIE before I had time to repent for any of my sins. I once had a dream about Hell and it scared the hell out of me. For me , to spent an eternity in Hell is my biggest fear. This is just my view, it does not relates to any religion in particular.

being diagnosed with an inoperable, untreatable, aggressive cancer, that has already spread throughout your body and only given weeks to live.
You live the rest of your days being eaten alive by this disease with the knowledge that one day you will die and there is nothing you can do about it.
You live knowing that you do not have the time to correct the wrongs you made in you life and do not have time make peace with 'your maker'.
slow deaths would be the worst.
