Im going to assume you actually want to know who holds the record for the most runs scored in a test match.

That record is held by Graham Gooch of England v India at Lords in 1990. He scored 333 in the 1st innings and 123 in the 2nd
........Total 456 runs
It is the only time a batsman has scored a triple century and a century in the one test.
The next closest is Mark Taylor of Australia v Pakistan at Peshawar where he scored 334no in the 1st innings and 92 in the 2nd ........Total 426
