hundreds. I had cancer and liver and kidney transplant. I got stuck many hundreds of times. I did run out of vains but it took months.

I'd assume as many times as necessary, since a lot of people (including me) give blood regularly at blood banks.

The vein heals itself so it can be done continuously. It is just a puncture a little pin hole so it closes itself just like the skin does.
