What is a fun way for a couple to spend New Year's Eve? We're trying to make plans for this coming New Year's Eve but aren't sure what we want to do... any ideas? We are ages 26 and 22 and live near Grand Rapids, MI, but are interested in traveling to Chicago, NY, or maybe Vegas? or anywhere else?

For around $800 apiece you can get a flight to New Zealand. Wouldn't it be the most awesome thing to have a summer new years eve party?? You could see fireworks on the beach somewhere or just sit out in the warm air together with a bottle of champagne... plus NZ is a day ahead, you could celebrate the new year before any of your friends do.

Find or throw a "key" party. Never know how much fun you might have. It sure looked like fun in the Jim Carey movie, The Grinch.
