The future of Internet Explorer offers a new feature which provides better security. This version is called the Internet Explorer 7. It's currently in BETA version, but it will be released with Windows Vista. So when you purchase Windows Vista, I think you will have Internet Explorer 7 installed in it.
Go to the Microsoft website and search for it.
