Absolutely. It has beautiful beaches of course, but also a great variety of terrain for such a small island.
The people are very friendly, and culturally very varied, and for this reason the food is wonderful and there are so many cuisines to try.
It's a great place. You should go.

Never having been to Mauritius myself I really hope it is, I have seen lots of holiday programmes about Mauritius and read several brochures that have holidays to Mauritius and it looks like one of the most beautiful islands on earth, paradise in fact, now all I need is the money to get there myself and then hopefully I will be able to answer this question properly.
