Since it seems highly unlikely that it will *remain* just cuddling, I would say yes. Plus, if one of my friends called me and told me they had been cuddling all night with my ex-boyfriend I'm pretty sure I'd be pretty upset. So, in a word, yes.

In general, if you must ask the question, "Is this wrong?" the answer is yes. And, whenever you ask that question you should already know the answer, otherwise you would not be trying to rationalize your actions (another sure sign that what you are doing is wrong).
