The word “interview” itself makes a person tense who needs to appear in the interview. It is normal human behaviour to become confused or get tensed but such things can be overcome with practice, learning from seniors and elders, thru own experience. At my time internet was not available. These days Internet is a rich source of information. U can learn many things about the interview by visiting the websites the links of which are given below. On some websites u will find questions also along with answers which are frequently asked and questions pertaining to ur requirement can also be found there. It will improve ur performance remarkably. If will infuse a high level of confidence in u. It will make u more frank and it will develop diplomatic qualities in u too. Overall, I would say that it will give an impetus to ur personality development.

If you haven't already, research a little about the company today that you are interviewing with. How long in business, how many employees, are they local, national, products they sell or companies they serve. Having some solid information about them will give you honest and good ideas, on why you are leaving your current position, what skills you have learned to benefit their environment, also makes it clear to yourself why this company would be a better place for your own financial and personal growth. Much success to you!

Why need help ?
Do you not intend to be honest ?
Just tell the real reason, lie has short legs and sometimes you find people who really appreciate honesty and totally disagree lie. I know I'm like that, and if you get hired with the help of a lie, don't expect nice treatment when the truth comes out.
Of course, it may not seem to you like the safest way to play, but that's up to you to decide.
Anyway, good luck with your interview !

I enjoy my current job. It has provided opportunities to learn more about myself and those I work with.

I am now looking for greater opportunities to use what I have learned at that job. I would like to have a more clear path of advancement.

I am ready to take my career to the next level and from what I have learned about your company, and this position, this is the best place to be.

"I think I've reached the limit of what I can learn there. I appreciate the lessons learned, but I'm ready to start a career now, not just have a job". or something like that. NEVER bad mouth a previous employer.

there is no room for progression. The owner bickers with his wife and puts her down infront of the employees. don't pay overtime. To long of a commute. It smells funny. I don't like working outside. I don't like working inside. I don't like answering phones. they have poor communication. there are bugs there. the florescent lights make me sick. it's in a bad neighborhood, and I fear for my life everytime I go to my car. I have to park a mile from the building. Don't like the shift. Not enough money. No raise in 2 years. the supervisor is an idiot. They keep touching me.

"Looking for greater challenge & more opportunity to advance in a progressive, aggressive company." Then immediately ask what opportunities the new position offers.
