Answer is: YES
You feel less sensation due to the sheath, and you WILL last longer. You can even get thicker condoms marketed for this purpose.

If you would be right, circumcised men would never have and orgasm. Nothing more effective than removing that skin to stop what you call masturbation.
Everything is in your mind, if you are a healthy physical and experienced person.
The sort of question you make indicates me:
-you have no clue about sex
-you are a girl trying to get an answer for your "premature" boy
-you spend to much time masturbating and not very creatively.
-just starting and too excited, but still not using condoms.
No, I think a condom just helps to prevent undesired pregnancies or sexual transmitted diseases.
The rest request more than curiosity. You will learn that later with time and paying attention to your own body and feelings. There is no need to use artificial methods when you can control little by little your own timing.
Take it easy, no help will be necessary. Use condoms for avoiding getting sick.

The condom restricts the amount of sensation and so it takes a long time to climax...to increase the time...put some lubricant inside the condom, and that will reduce the friction needed to climax.

No, I don't think so. There are condoms out there that do make u last longer there is one out there its in a black or grayesh box they are trojens they r called EXTENDED PLEASURE those work great. Also there are thinner condoms that feel like u have nothing on and they also work they may make him go quicker because hes got more feeling of whats going on but thats it. so shop around for what works.

I dont think a condom works that way. However, using a condom may delay the sexual stimulation that you would feel during unprotected sex, so it may keep you from orgasming as fast, thus extending your lovemaking duration.
