I'm not sure what you question is, but I'll try to answer what I think your question is.

I think that by sending troops to Lebanon, France is actually helping it. If France hadn't sent troops there, Israel would still be bombing it. Now that French troops are there Israel cannot attack Lebanon without possibly going to war with France. I'm sure that even if Israel did attack Lebanon, France and Israel would not go to war, but it is still some protection against the oppressor. Also, France might try to disarm Hezbollah, but at the same time it will help in the rebuilding of the infrastructure in southern Lebanon and in turn also strengthening the position of the Lebanese army.
We cannot forget that until recently, Lebanon was under a semi-occupation by the Syrian army. This has made the Lebanese army weak and it needs time and experience to stand on its feet.
I think that the French are doing the right thing by going into Lebanon. Maybe it's not a good feeling for the people living there and they might feel that they are being occupied by a foreign force again (over and over), but in my opinion, if I was Lebanese I would rather have France there than Israel.

I'm Croatian and maybe if you know, Croatia was in a war recently, so I know what it feels like.

***Why France openly criticizes US?

France is trying to make itself into a influential power in the world again. But won't be able to because you can't take a country whose solder's where speedo's for morning physical training seriously.

***So willingness to help Lebanon, and be the 1st to sent troops to Lebanon.? what the hidden agend behind this?

Because France is trying to appease it's own Muslim population by sending its 200 soldier Army Band to Lebanon in order to help broker a more peaceful musically inclined Hezbollah into a permanent ceasefire.

Probably jealousy. The US has bailed France out of a lot and they have always seemed very ungrateful. They did nothing to help themselves during WW2, until the US freed them from the Nazi's. The same thing happened in WW1 with the Kaiser. France is just one of those countries who think they are better than everyone else, until they get into trouble. France, They Are Always There When They Need Us!!

As it is I get the real info from Daily KOS and D.U. The French only had 200 military that could surrender in both Farsi and Hebrew, the balance surrendered to each other. Their only true fighting force, the Foreign Legion was to busy processing those surrendering to comment.
200 troops ordered not to fight or disarm Hezbollah are a joke, not a statement.

It is a matter of positioning themselves for later criticism against the American and Israeli government. Whatever happens they can say well it wasn't our fault. The finger pointing will be grandiose. They can't defend themselves too well this is shown throughout history. Their art of war is a matter of finger pointing and political positioning. They can say ,"well we were the first there but look what happens when the other arrived.
Plus I feel oil for food has a shoe string tied to the french and they are being black mailed to a degree to keep their hands clean so it isn't,t exposed. Just a possibility there.

Because the Americans are imperialist didacts and the French are reformed imperialist didacts. Also, America is a self absorbed country comprised of fat stupid people who like bombing other countries for made up reasons, while France is a civilised country with great food and booze.

Because they have their own mind and they make their own decisions. Should everyone obey USA? I think France can be a proud country, because they disagree with USA.
