Every name has its own meaning but I don't think it has anything to do with a person's personality. However, as Dale Carnegie put it in his book "How to Win Friends and Influence People", a person's name is to that person the sweetest and most important sound in any language. The name sets the individual apart and it makes the person unique among all others.

That which we call a rose would smell as sweet. Actually, I think we have all sorts of preconceptions whenever we hear a name--it gives us a framework to fit something into. If we see a pretty flower, we might think, "How nice!"
