The first thing you need to do is go an buy a home pregnancy test. If you are pregnant, losing weight isn't really an option. You actually need to increase your calorie consumption by about 300 calories a day.

If you are pregnant, holding in your stomach won't fool the recruiter. It will show up on your physical when they do a pregnancy test. Because you are single, you won't be able to join the army with a child as a dependant. You could talk to your recruiter about delaying your entrance to the army until after you give birth, but you would have to give custody of the child to someone else, because they don't take single people with a dependant. That means giving custody of the child to the father, your parents or up for adoption.

Before you worry about what you should do if you are pregnant, find out if you really are. Go get a test.

Hi,
Honestly speaking - if you dont want to conceive than get a check with a doc & if they confirm that the results are positive - abot the child! Otherwise also, "trying to lose weight" while you are in prego stage - it kind of harmful for your body. Even if your body sustains riht now - in future you will have problems in conceiving. So, take a wise decision. If you want the baby then be on normal diet and be healthy. If you dont want to become 'mom" right now - its time to see the Doc and take a wise step.
All the best!

Why did you ask this question 4 times? Go see your doctor and find out if your pregnant, then follow his advice for nutrition.
