if you try to lose weight while you are prego would it be okay i mean i think i am and again i don't?

lets see my symptoms so far are i am just sore but i doubt it though because i have not been using the bathroom gagging or anything esle well i was gagging once or twice or more but not anymore but anywayz i am suppose to be going to the army and i am holding my stomach and everything so what iam asking if i am prego will it harm the baby(which i hope i am not cuzz me and the person i was with broke up last night)

Yes, it would harm the baby because the baby needs extra nutrients so you should be gaining weight, not losing it. Go get a pregnancy test.
