Well we started the game from the middle my friends passes to no one but very slowly on to our side the person who was suppose to take the pass in the mid dribbles away with the ball is this allowed?And next the same thing happened except i touched the ball before the person who was suppose to take a pass did.would this be a foul? PLZZZZZ answer!!!

The initial pass should be done forward, and two players of the team that makes the kick-off must touch the ball before a player of the other team can touch it.

I am a USSF Referee and what they did was completely legal. Once the ball is touched, it is a live ball and anyone is able to get it. The reason in which they have that Circle in the middle is just to be able to give you 10 yards to get that initial pass off. Otherwise, it is completely legal. Hope this helps!
