Male or female? As far as I know a woman has one more orifice than a man. We both have 2 earholes,2 eyes, 2 nasal passages,1 mouth, 1 anus , 1 urethra and women, God Bless 'em, have the extra little feature called a vagina.

All the previous answers fail to recognize the most numerous orifices on the human body, which fall into two categories: 1) those which allow hair to come out of the dermis 2) those which allow perspiration ans sebaceous secretions to do the same. This may seem like a silly answer but you asked a very open-ended question. By the way, many anatomists do not count the eye as an orifice.

I just want to add that birth defects and accidents can increase or reduce the number of orifices.

E.g:

Increasing # orifices
http://www.faqs.org/health/Body-by-Design-V1/The-Digestive-System.html , A VIEW OF THE STOMACH
There was a kid who got shot in the stomach. The wound healed in a way that he'd always have a hole from his stomach to the outside of his body via the abdomen.

Decreasing # orifices
http://www.pedsurg.ucsf.edu/conditions_imperforate_anus.htm , What is imperforate anus?
There's a birth defect where the kid is born with both urine & faeces coming out of the same hole.

A body orifice is an opening in the body of an animal. In a typical mammalian body such as the human body, the body orifices are:

The nostrils, for breathing and the associated sense of smell.

The eyes, for crying and the sense of sight.

The mouth, for eating, breathing and vocalizations such as speech.

The ear canals, for the sense of hearing.

The anus, for defecation.

The urethra, for urination (and in males, for ejaculation).

In females, the vagina, for sexual intercourse, menstruation and childbirth.

In other organisms with different body plans, there are other body orifices, such as the cloaca in reptiles, and the siphon in cephalopods

No, at least not for humans, and it doesn't make sense to suppose that we could ever know about the satisfaction of non-humans. What about the satisfaction people get from completing puzzles, or video games? Or the satisfaction people get from their careers or grades? Or winning at sports, or even having a team you like win? The list goes on.
