Yes its true but you need to give more details as to which cities you plan to visit, some time's hotel consolidators have better deals n more centrally located resorts and hotels. RCI only offers hotels accommodation one have make his / her own arrangements in terms of airport / railway station transfer, sightseeing, guides etc

RCI is not a good option on value for money. Besides their hidden costs at times become too heavy and spoil your budget and enjoyment.
