I have doubts that my wife is the mother of my child?

My wife and I have 2 children. Young adults. I love them both, but while my son has features from both my wife and I my daughter looks only like me. I have no doubt that I am her father, but could it be that my wife is not the real mother? I try to put these thoughts out of my mind, but I am now thinking of a DNA test. Is there any way to do this without my daughter or wife finding out?
