just an observation.
The proper english is:
"Are gays allowed in armed forces?"

and the answer to that might depend on what country you're talking about.

If what you are asking is if gays are allowed in the military, the answer is yes.......The policy on the matter is called, "Don't ask-Don't tell" and has been in effect since the mid 80's.

The way I understand it, if they know you are gay or you tell them you are gay, the answer is no. If they don't know and you don't tell 'em, then once you're in the service, I believe they have a 'don't ask, don't tell' policy. If you are caught participating in a homosexual situation, then out you go. I'm assuming you are talking about U.S. military service. Quite frankly, I think your sexual preference is your business. That's between you and God.
