Hope u desperate. be careful in choosing ur degree. If a simple arts degree can satisfy u, then opy for IGNOU or any other open university which is being run by almost all the states. If ur aim is an engineering degree opt for a 3 year diploma and later u will have an option of getting into lateral entry scheme in a B.E course which is also a duration of 3 years.

Hello.....

You can join degree without doing 10+2 but you need to ensure that you won't have proper knowledge by distance mode of education. You can pursue degree by NIOS which is a one year +2 studies also.

You can join any IGNOU degree course just by writing a small preparatory exam. That's all.

its like ur asking some one can i drink water without opening the mouth.....as u have to open the mouth to drink ....same way u have to pass 12th class to join degree.....yes u can step up by missing lower steps but when u will slip and fall the pain will be more becos of the height u reached...so be systematic finish PUC and then degree for ur own gud

Bachelor Preparatory Programme
BPP* from IGNOU - New Delhi
They are having centres in all big towns.
For that No formal qualification is required.
Minimum age .18 years
To clear exam. Min. 6 months/Max. 2 years

After you clear this exam.,you are eligible to pursue course of
graduation from IGNOU.

yes do bpp course from ignou but lookout what it offers in degree course in future...
