I'd get rid of the answer preview step - it slows me down!

a. Good questions to be rewarded - more than 5 thumbs-up means 2-3 extra points, etc.

b. Section on Y!A called 'Y!A Jnr'. for users below 12 years old - with semi-permanent, qualified and responsible answerers. This will spare kids the naked boobs, profanity & hate you can see on this site.
