Okay, Im doing pretty well at school, getting high grades, having friends and being active but the problem is...im always being bullied and pushed around because im FAT..they kept calling me names and stuff... thats why I want to be SLIM....

I know I should probably do diets and exercise...but how long should I kept doing this.......can anyone pls give me a daily schedule for me to get slim fast...pls help me thanks.

DON'T STOP EATING.
Start eating well cooked veggies insted. Don't eat soggy veggies cuz it's plain usless. You don't get any benefits. It's like eating socks.
Join a sports team. Swimming, soccer, tennis, capoeira,...anything! You lose more fat practising sports than gyming 4times a week.
A symbiosis of these two...you'll lose at least 15kg by the end of the year.
Try playing sports at least 3times a week but not more than 5times a week. If you overdo it, you can get really ill!

everyday run 8 round in the park
do sit up to 40 counts
push up 15 counts
do some other exercise (e.g. Hopping,Reach for the sky or maybe do star jump.)
And the last important words is 'do not eat chicken wings or other fried food. Eat 5 meals a day. 'Breakfast,lunch.snack,dinner and supper
