Foods have nothing to do with it.
To get pregnant with a boy you need to have your egg fertilised by a sperm that has a "Y" Chromosome. To get a girl you need am "X" chromosome sperm. thats all there is to it. Foods make no difference to which sperm will reach the egg first and anyone who tells you different is a liar or a quack.
They say that to conceive a boy you need to have sex as close as possible to the day you ovulate, so that the fast swimmer Y Chromosome sperm can get to the egg first. If you want a girl you should have sex further away from your ovulation day so that the faster-but-weaker Y sperm die off and only the X sperm are left by the time the egg is released.
But even then you cannot guarantee you'll have a boy or girl. Its all down to chance and luck.
Eating certain food or not eating will not make your partner produce more X or Y sperm and even if he produced mostly Y and hardly any X it might still be the X sperm that got through!
I'm sorry but whoever told you you can choose your baby's sex by eating food is full of crap!!!!!!!
And the "sweet for a girl/savoury for a boy" thing refers to a woman's cravings when she is already pregnant (and the sex is decided at conception before she even gets cravings) and is a complete crock. Im having a boy and have craved sweet things from day one.

If you can be pregnant or if you have infertility problems I reccomend to follow this method http://pregnancy.toptips.org
Many factors can cause a couple trouble in conceiving a baby, I'll list a few of the most common ones in women:
Anorexia or other dietary dysfunctions
Lacking amounts of FSH and LH are produced, so ovaries aren't as functional as they could be, and so not many eggs are produced
Stress, causing periods to become irregular
Medications such as cancer treatments, antidepressants, hormone therapy, pain killers, and antipsychotic drugs can all cause temporary infertility.
With the method that I posted above you will be able to get pregnant!

My husband and I have a beautiful baby girl and are ttc our second, which we hope will be a boy (but would not be disappointed with another girl). Anyway, my OBGYN told us to not have sex after day 10 of my cycle to build up my hubby's sperm count. There's nothing wrong with his count, just to accumulate more for better chance of conceiving because then we are to have sex the day I ovulate (I am using ovulation kits in addition to bbt charts this month). The male sperm swim faster, but female sperm live longer, so having sex closer to your ovulation date definitely helps your chances of having a boy. I've also heard that having the man drink a caffeine drink will help stimulate the sperm, but I don't know if any foods will help conceive a boy vs. a girl.

Food will not determin sex. Eating healthy while trying to get pregnant is always important but it wll not help you get a boy or a girl. Studies show that to up your chances for a boy try to concieve close to you ovulation as you can. Good Luck

When you can't get pregnant, and things look good from the outside, it can be extremely frustrating. Anyway this is a great method to get pregnant: https://tr.im/jNxxO
The first thing to consider is how long have you been trying. About 80% of couples will get pregnant after six months of trying, and about 90% will be pregnant after 12 months of trying to get pregnant

Thats an old wives tale, you can't. The only way to determine what sex your baby will be is to pay a private doctor thousands of pounds to create a designer baby. I would just be thankfull that the baby is born healthy, the sex of the baby should not matter.

There are thousands of women out there (me included) that have spent a very long time trying to conceive. i would be over the moon to have a baby, no matter what the sex is!! maybe you should not bother having any children, youre clearly far too selfish!

Anything that keeps you alive.
Whether it's a girl or a boy depends on how long you leave it in for. Leave it in longer for a boy.
Also, Santa IS real.

Nothing to do with foods, it's down to which sperm reaches your egg first, so it's anyones guess.
