Can u help me to know these two things without ..................?

I want to know which program is easy to use in making websites ofline.Not in the internet.i want to know that programs because i am new in website making.those answers must not include Frontpage,photoshop and dreamweaver.

Also i want to know which pr ogram is easy to use in designing a company logo.

I'm sorry but if you are trying in to get to website building and you don't want the tools that you have described above, there is not a hole lot else that it's worth-ed your time.

Company logo photoshop or fireworks from macromedia.
