Check you're not pregnant, have a hot shower and a glass of gin, do plenty of exercise and get plenty of sleep. Sex is optional as you might not feel like it after all that. You might also like to try taking vitamin supplements.

If you're not pregnant and haven't been having sex and are otherwise feeling good, I wouldn't worry too much about your period being late. A lot of things can put it off - travelling, exams, moving house, starting a new job, going on a diet, etc.

if your sure your not pregnant its best to see your GP your periods can stop though stress or under eating or there could be some medical problem .the only way to get your period early or later is if your on the pill the ones where you just take them for 3 weeks out of a month you carry on taking them or have the weeks break early

Try taking a hot bath - the heat relaxes the muscles and can sometimes help bring along a period if its late (well it works with me!)

You should go and seek medical advice (Gynaecologists) If you are not getting regular periods then maybe somethings wrong with you. Only your doctor will be able to give you the answer your looking for.
