hmm if you are feeln froggy then jump.... I don't suggest tryn this at home. And no I serious doubt they would be wasting money on something like that.... oh wait thats our goverment we're talking about right? yea there probally wasten our money then.

I would hate to bust your bubble, but if you are asking about the fictional "Superman", it is just that...fictional. How do you define a superman? If it is someone with all those powers, I truly doubt that it will ever happen. The closest we may come is when we arrive on another planet whose gravity is less that earth and then, like on the moon, we can jump higher.
On the otherhand, the fictional Superman's powers mostly did come from his mind. When the day comes we can use much more than the 10% max even the best of us use of our brain, then, we might have some extraordinary powers.
On the personal level, I have met some really super men and women who work with what they have to the best of their abilities and I hold them in higher esteem than the fictional character.
