Toao has misunderstood the word "Indian"; An Indian is a person who comes from India.
Not all Indians have mustaches, but many Indians religious beliefs restrict them from cutting their hair at all. (Those that wear turbans do so because the turban is full of hair- they aren't supposed to cut it!)
Though this may seem strange, the Christian bible also says Christians aren't supposed to cut their hair, (Leviticus 19: 27: "Do not cut the hair at the sides of your head or clip off the edges of your beard." and it it as a result of that scripture that Rastafarians have dreadlocks, they are just following the rules. (Of course, in another spot in the bible (Corinthians 11:3-15) it says men must wear their hair short!

Are you talking about American Indians?? Most have little, if any facial hair. What are you talking about man? Do you mean Arabs? If so, the Muslim faith dictates that men not shave their beards as it is defying the command of Allah and his Messenger. It would be imitating the female, which is a "sin". Anyway, it's something like that. I'm sure you can find something on the net if you do a Goo...ooops I mean a Yahoo search.

I know several Indian women. As far I've noticed none of them has a moustache.

I have a mustache because my wife likes it and I have grown up with it. I can't bear to look at myself without a mush
