If you are looking to have a great steak, either Delmonico Steakhouse at Venetian (my boyfriend works there.... They will take VERY good care of you and the food is amazing! Ask for Chris J.) .... Or, Ruth's Chris steakhouse. Located on Flamingo and Arville. Just west of the strip on Flamingo past the palms on the left side of the street. If you go there, ask for a guy named Bobby. He is an excellent server and gets EVERYTHING right and is very personable. If you want seafood, I'd head to Emeril's New Orlean's Fish House at MGM. Another Emeril restaurant (Delmonico is as well). If you are going with non-seafood eaters, don't fret because there is a steak on the menu and they usually have a special entree that is not "fish related." Amazing decor too. Hope you have some good eats while you are here!! Its a great city for food!!!

Las Vegas has a seemingly infinite amount of great dining choices. Here are a few on my favorites. Olives in Bellagio, Red8 in the Wynn, Aureole in Mandalay Bay. If it's really late, the Wynn has a great restaurant that is very upscale and open either all night or very late. I hope you enjoy your visit and hope you win a million or two.

Any of the hotels have restaurants - most of them do deals 'Eat as much as you can for $xx' - some Americans see this as a challenge, not an invitation! But you can get good value for money over there as the food is cheap and the portions are huge. Breakfasts are great (under the same premise) as you can stock up for the day. The one memorable meal I had there involved roasted garlic - absolutely gorgous but awful for the rest of the passengers on the plane the next day!

There's so many of them, wait until the wedding gets closer to ask again.

My personal favorites are Simon at the Hard Rock and the Pink Taco at the Hard Rock, the Mandalay Bay Sunday brunch buffet, America Cafe in NYNY for snacky foods, and NI9E at the Palms for steakhouse.

The Rio has the worlds largest buffet and the Bellagio has the most unique restaurants. Club Rain inside the Palms is the hottest spot for singles. Been there, done that, trust me.

In HARRAHS they have Toby Keiths "I Love This Bar and Grill" great meatloaf.
In Cesaers Palace they have "The Chesecake Factory" great salads.
In Fitzgeralds (on Fremont St.) they have a great steak house. Also the best lobster I've ever had. $$$ Forgot the name.
At Green Valley Ranch (off the strip) they have the best breakfast ever. You have never had an omelet until you've had one of theirs.
