how many days has it been since then? if it has lasted for 3 days or more you'd better see a doctor to be sure.

How old are you? Do you have pain or burning pain shooting shown the shoulder? Are you able to rotate your neck? A lot depends on age, your job, the place you sleep, the weather change, and so on in these issues. None need to get worried because worrying will not avoid problems.
If you are young enough and a little mild warming massage gives you relief, do not worry. Grip your left hand strongly and check if you are able to apply force, if you can then do not worry.
If you have this pain persisting more than a day and has any of the problems given above, please do not delay seeing your doctor. A little of physiotherapy maybe solution. Let the doctor decide.

If the numbness continues yes . It might be a pinched nerve. See the doctor just in case anyway.

No. If it lasts for more than a day you should. It will probably will go away if you move your hand a lot today.

If the problem has persisted since then I would have it checked out. You may have a blood clot.
