If she hit her head on the floor, there is potential for a subdural hematoma (bleeding in the brain). This is a serious condition. Vomiting is a symptom. At a minimum, I would call your pediatrician and describe the situation. He/She may tell you to monitor the baby or bring her in. I would definitely do it at the first signs of lethargy/sleepiness or any further vomiting.

I don't mean to scare you, but I saw exactly this sort of thing happen with a 9 month old that hit his head on the floor while playing. It was such a minor fall that the mother didn't think anything about it and waited too long to bring him in. Unfortunately, we couldn't save him.

At least call a doctor cause if she turns out to be really injured and it is found out that you asked only online to what could be a bunch of wierdo, perverts, and idiots then you might be looking at losing your little girl ever heard of neglect cause that is what you could be charged with. While many people online are normal intelligent people it is not the same as getting help.

Vomiting could possibly be a symptom of a concussion. You might want to take her to the doctor. At the very least, you could call, describe the symptoms and ask if you should bring her in.

probably not...he could have already had an upset stomach and the movement of him falling caused the vomiting. If it continues to happen then see a Dr.

It's always best to get your child checked in a situation like this. If she hit her head, I would definitely take her to a doctor. Better safe than sorry.
