Index Finger Reimplantation?

My son ( 3 years) lost his right index finger in an accident. I was wondering if someone could help me with estimating the cost if i were to get a microvcascular surgery done to transfer a toe to his finger. I wish to know the cost of this surgery in UK preferrably but any place in Europe is good enough..Thanks in advance..

If you don't mind, I'd like to say that since your son is so young he will probably learn to use his middle, ring and little finger with his hand just as well as if he had four fingers. It's up to you to teach him he maybe different but not incapable.
