the hymen is located at the opening of your vagina. it's in the orifice. it is a very thin transparent membrane covering a part of the vaginal opening where the penis is inserted during sexual intercourse. it is sometimes covering the entire opening of your vagina, sometimes it is only at the side. some have this membrane covering part of the opening only but have small pores around it. it is not teh best evidence of virginity since this can be damage by strenous activity r exercise

A hymen is the thin piece of tissue that partially blocks the entrance to the vagina. It is located outside the vagina. The hymen is a layer of tissue that partially conceals the vaginal orifice of some girls and women. The hymen is also referred to as a girl’s "cherry" or maidenhead.
