does anyone know or know where to get some information on the entertainment of nobles in medieval europe

Entertainment for the nobles in Medieval Europe included tournaments - mock battles between knights, hunting - archery, falconry, and minstrels/singers.

The nobility hunted deer, boar and hares etc. They participated in falconry also. There was jousting all over Europe. Dramatic performaces of scenes and stories from the bible known as miracle or mystery plays. There were games see the Medieval life site I gave you in a previous answer.
