anything extra would be nice, but one paged resumes are recommended. think about it. If you were hiring and there were like 250 people applying, would you want to read a 10 paged resume? I wouldn't even read a 2 paged one.

army saying "Booluucks" baffles brains" They want to know if you clever enough to tell them want they want to hear. Do the educationial history like suggested, and then really go to town on the objectives, both personnel and for what u can bring to the job. Some 40 year old do not have a high school education like pointed out by another wise answerer, that may be because they were supporting mothers and siblings, you know back in the days before all the free hand outs. I have known people that were so clever on paper they could not change a spare tyre. Think about it.

Um.. I'm ot sure what "declaration" is but I'm assuming it is somewhat akin to "Objective" which so many people start their resumes with ie:"My objective is to secure a position that enables me to use my precious experience to fully further the goals of ACME Corporation, thereby enabling Acme to realize financial realizations that prior to my hiring would have been unthinkable"
I don't even look at resumes that have an Objective. Because the person wrote that paragraph for them not for me, And I don't want that kind of employee. I'm still not sure if we're using the same words though Is Declaration the same as Objective? If it is DON'T DO IT!
